The Fitness Analogy
Have you ever hired a fitness coach to burn off the holiday treats or to get you in top condition for your next marathon? Have you ever hired a financial advisor to help you organize your finances and establish future security. This is great! You understand the benefit of a coach helping you improve important pieces of your life. So now that you are in shape and have great finances, what are you doing about your career? (it seems difficult, costly, I don’t have time, ??) -I really want to make a change, but I need help carving out time for a career change -I like my current job, but don’t I see myself being happy in the role of my manager (partner, CEO, etc…..) -I figured I would stay in this good paying job for another year, but I want to start taking steps right now so that when the year is over I know exactly what to do next
